HVAC Installer

Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour (Based on Experience & Skill Level)

Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and ductwork
- Perform equipment change-outs and new system installations
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Complete installation paperwork and documentation accurately
- Follow all company safety procedures and standards
Qualifications
- HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
- Ability to lift and carry HVAC equipment and materials
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Pay Range
$23.00 – $30.00 per hour depending on experience, skill level, certifications, and overall qualifications.
