Compensation & Opportunity
- $70,000 – $120,000+ per year (performance-based)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Full residential HVAC installs (split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, inverter systems)
- Duct modifications, transitions, airflow improvements
- Clean, code-compliant installs (we pull permits—no shortcuts)
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Representing Prime AC & Heat at a high level

Requirements
4+years residential HVAC install experience
- Valid driver’s license (insurable)
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, physically demanding workload
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
