- Thorough study of the Quote/Tender scope and requirements
- Make contact with different suppliers, and compare price, quality, etc and populate
- Timeously and accurately prepare quotes/ tenders/proposals
- Getting the best price that will win the contract in a competitive bidding situation, while ensuring that the contract can be carried out profitably.
- Familiarise self with and compile various Compliance and Functionality Requirements
- Weekly / monthly reporting to management on Tenders/Quotes Submitted e
Qualifications and requirements
- 4+ years
- Diploma or degree in Estimator/Quantity Survory exprience in HVAC is preferred
- Knowlege in General building, Civils and Electrical is preferred
- Strong attention to details
- Competent in MS Offfice-Excel,word,outlook etc
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
