Currently, the company manages two properties: Royal Inn Residence Nasr City with 13 rooms and Royal Inn Residence New Cairo featuring 36 serviced units. With two additional boutique hotels under renovation in Abdeen and Heliopolis, Royal Inn is on a growth trajectory, solidifying its position as a dynamic and scalable player in Cairo’s boutique hotel market.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Supervisor based at Royal Inn Residence New Cairo. The Human Resources Supervisor will oversee daily HR operations, including managing HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Additional responsibilities include addressing staff concerns, guiding team members, and ensuring all HR activities align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices, with a focus on talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Strong capabilities in Employee Relations and addressing workplace concerns
- Experience in Performance Management, including setting expectations and evaluating employee outcomes
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with labor laws and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
- Relevant HR certifications or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
