Role Description:
A full-time, on-site HR Specialist role based in Burj Al Kifan, responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding. Daily tasks include maintaining employee records, HR documentation, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and performance management support. The role also involves handling employee inquiries, resolving workplace issues confidentially, and contributing to HR compliance and reporting.
Qualifications:
- French and English proficiency required.
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, including compliance with applicable labor laws and internal regulations.
- Experience in Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including employee records management, attendance tracking, and coordination with line managers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a focus on fairness and confidentiality.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proficiency with HR information systems and common office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
