Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Specialist to support our daily HR operations and help improve employee management processes within the company.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, experience in recruitment and HR administration, and the ability to handle employee records, reports, and internal coordination professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment processes, job postings, interviews, and candidate
follow-up
* Prepare and organize employee files and HR records
* Support onboarding and employee orientation processes
* Follow up on attendance, leaves, and HR documentation
* Prepare HR reports and administrative reports for management
* Coordinate with departments regarding staffing and employee needs
* Assist in implementing HR policies and internal procedures
* Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records
* Support HR operations using ERP systems such as Odoo
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Previous experience in HR or administrative operations
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
* Experience with Odoo or ERP systems is preferred
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Previous experience in trading, distribution, or corporate environments is preferred
