Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Maseru for a Human Resources Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management processes. They will handle employee relations, support recruitment, enforce HR compliance, and contribute to organizational planning and workforce development. This role requires ensuring that HR operations align closely with the organization's vision and values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce planning
- Strong skills in HR Management and developing HR Policies
- Experience in managing Employee Benefits and compensation packages
- Knowledge of Personnel Management practices, including performance management and employee relations
- Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent are an advantage
