Role Description
The Human Resources Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, including managing HR processes, maintaining HR records, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures. The person in this position will support employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The role includes managing employee relations matters, advising managers on HR best practices, and helping resolve concerns in a fair and professional manner. The HR Operations Manager will also contribute to HR initiatives, recruitment, support performance and engagement programs, compensation & benefits, payroll, and provide data-driven HR reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, Recruitment, Payroll process, with a track record of supporting business and people objectives.
- Proficiency in HR Operations and HR Policies, including implementing and optimizing HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations, including handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Egypt and ability to apply them in day-to-day HR decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in a growing or technology-focused organization is beneficial.
