Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Human Resources Operations Coordinator. The Coordinator will oversee and execute daily HR operations, manage employee benefits, maintain HR records within Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and support overall HR management functions. This role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes, and acting as a key point of contact for employee relations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Operations, Human Resources (HR), and HR Management
- Experience with Employee Benefits administration and related processes
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and data management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive employee relations
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and professional environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the facility management or related industry is a plus
