Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
- Administer leave, attendance, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Support training and employee development initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of Lesotho Labour Laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
