Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the Human Resources Department and oversee all HR functions. This role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor regulations, and the implementation of HR strategies that support the company's growth and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Human Resources operations and initiatives across the organization

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Moroccan labor laws and company requirements

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding

• Manage employee records, contracts, probation reviews, renewals, disciplinary procedures, and terminations

• Coordinate payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee benefits administration

• Support department managers in performance management, employee development, and succession planning

• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace issues and conflict resolution

• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and headquarters' requirements

• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and monthly updates for management and headquarters

• Promote employee engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

• Master's Degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources Management or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial Human Resources role

• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law and HR best practices

• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (French is highly preferred)
