About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and strengthen our people operations. This role is ideal for a professional who can balance hands-on HR execution with strategic leadership, ensuring alignment between business goals and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Lead performance management and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and HR best practices
- Drive DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives across the organization
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and internal communications
- Provide guidance to leadership on organizational design and workforce planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8+ years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to Have
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD)
- Experience in Tech, Finance, Consulting
- Strong data-driven HR decision-making skills
