Our client is a Medical Service Company. We are seeking an experienced and highly structured HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources within the organization. This role requires a proactive professional who can align talent with business needs, drive operational efficiency, and build a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
- Identify and attract high-quality talent aligned with business needs
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring requirements
2. HR Administration & Operations
- Oversee employee documentation and records
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure proper structuring of HR systems and workflows
- Utilize tools such as Zoho for HR management
3. Stakeholder & Employee Management
- Act as a point of contact between management and staff
- Manage internal communication and employee relations
- Ensure smooth coordination across departments
4. Learning & Development
- Design and implement training and development programs
- Support employee growth and performance improvement initiatives
5. Compensation & Payroll
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy
- Support compensation structure and benefits administration
Requirements
- Minimum of 4–6 years HR experience
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent management
- Proven ability to manage HR operations and administration
- Experience with HR tools (Zoho or similar systems is an advantage)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
