Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Cairo and will partner closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience. The HR Manager will maintain and update HR policies, support compliance with local labor laws, and manage HR documentation and HRIS records. The role will also handle employee engagement initiatives, oversee training and development programs, manage compensation and benefits administration, and support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law, and compliance practices relevant to operations in Egypt and the MEA region.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, applicant tracking systems, and standard office productivity software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to design and implement HR processes, engagement initiatives, and development programs in a growing organization.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in a tech, digital solutions, or fast-paced startup/scale-up environment is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) are a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
