Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager based in Algiers. This role involves managing the recruitment process, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee development programs, and ensuring legal compliance in employment practices. The HR Manager will act as a liaison between management and employees to address workplace concerns, foster a positive and fair work environment, and contribute to the overall organizational strategy by providing key insights on workforce planning and development.
Qualifications
- Experience in employee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
- Knowledge of HR policies, legal compliance, and labor laws
- Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce management
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the Oil & Energy or Industrial Engineering sectors is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and French; English proficiency is advantageous
