What are we looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience as an HR generalist
- Familiarity with HR tools.
- Strong organizational, follow-up skills and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work across different teams and respond to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS) Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
