Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our organization’s HR initiatives and foster a thriving, engaged workforce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and compliance with employment and labor laws. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by overseeing sourcing strategies, interviewing processes, and onboarding programs to attract top talent.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting employee evaluations, and implementing performance management systems to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), workers’ compensation regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing through platforms like ADP, Paychex, or Workday, and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data collection and analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Lead training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills through workshops, leadership programs, and continuous learning opportunities.
- Manage employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Drive process improvement projects related to HR operations such as contract management, change management initiatives, and HR program implementations.
- Oversee compensation structures and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness while managing budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning efforts related to human capital management and organizational growth.
- Implement conflict management strategies and facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards such as OSHA regulations and manage workers’ compensation claims efficiently.
- Utilize data analysis skills to generate reports on HR metrics for continuous improvement in employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR leader with supervising responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and workers’ compensation procedures.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition using various platforms
- Strong negotiation skills for contracts, benefits negotiations, and conflict resolution processes.
- Experience managing comprehensive HR functions including payroll administration via platforms like ADP; benefits administration; training & development; performance evaluations; succession planning; employee relations; program management; organization design; change management; process improvement; data collection & analysis.
- Ability to lead strategic planning initiatives at the senior leadership level while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly across diverse audiences.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
