Responsibilities
- Manage payroll for local employees.
- Administer benefits for all local staff in accordance with established compensation and benefits practices.
- Provide support for payroll, benefits, and leave management processes in coordination with the HR team.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll data.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Review the monthly payroll report to ensure information is accurately processed.
- Personnel supporting the time management system.
Immigration and Expatriate Coordination
- Coordinate employee registration processes in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage interactions with administrative services concerning visas and work permits for expatriate personnel, including renewals and monitoring with the relevant authorities.
- Maintain precise records of expatriate status, visa details, and immigration applications.
Culture and Engagement
- Support initiatives that foster inclusion, a sense of belonging, and organizational alignment.
- Contribute to the coordination of personnel mobilization activities and communication flows between regions.
- Contribute to ensuring consistency of messaging and alignment within international teams.
Employee Relations – Training and Performance Management
- Support in promotions, demotions, and transfers.
- Coordinate employee relations, disciplinary measures, and performance management processes.
- Support audits, internal controls, and compliance reviews.
- Ensure follow-up with department heads regarding performance evaluations and oversee their timely implementation.
- Organize onboarding for new hires, distribute appropriate onboarding documentation, and keep training records up to date.
- Assist in staff training administration and organize internal training sessions.
- Plan, participate in, and collect annual development assessments.
- Perform any other duties deemed necessary now or in the future to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in an industrial company, with specialization in team coordination.
- Extensive experience in payroll and HR administration.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset for analyzing HR data and issues.
- Strong ethical values and exemplary professional conduct.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to switch between tasks quickly.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and personnel information.
- Highly effective employee engagement internally and externally; promote high performance and lead by example.
- Ability to work in a team, influence others, and inspire enthusiasm.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, or administrative systems is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn internal systems, tools, and procedures.
