About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support the development and improvement of our HR systems, policies, and people processes.
The consultant will work closely with leadership to strengthen recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Design structured recruitment and hiring processes.
- Support performance management systems and KPIs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and workplace issues.
- Improve HR processes and support the implementation of scalable HR systems.
Requirements
- HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
- 3-5 years HR experience, preferably in HR consulting or advisory roles.
- Experience developing HR policies, systems, and performance frameworks.
- Proven ability to advise leadership and handle employee relations matters.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to design and implement structured HR processes in growing organizations.
