Core Responsibilities:
Operational & Functional Excellence
- Manage all HR operational activities at the hospital including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, and HR documentation.
- Support department heads in manpower planning to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Conduct recruitment processes include screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates in accordance with HR policies.
- Ensure effective onboarding and orientation for new employees to facilitate successful integration into the organization.
- Implement the hospital training plan in coordination with the Group L&D function.
People & Collaboration
- Partner with hospital leadership and department heads to address employee performance, engagement, and development needs.
- Facilitate employee communication initiatives such as town halls, engagement activities, and feedback sessions.
- Support the implementation of the performance management process to ensure fair and accurate evaluation of employees.
- Build strong relationships with employees to maintain a positive and productive working environment.
Customer, Patient & Stakeholder Focus
- Ensure HR practices support the hospital’s goal of delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients.
- Provide timely and effective HR support to hospital departments and employees.
- Enhance the employee experience to promote engagement, retention, and service excellence.
Compliance, Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Address employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational effectiveness within the hospital
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree at any related field.
- 7–10 years of HR Generalist experience, minimum 3 years as HRBP.
- HR Certificate or MBA is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR administration).
- Knowledge of hospital HR operations and workforce structures.
- Understanding labor law, HR policies, and internal compliance requirements.
- Advanced leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
