HR Analytics Specialist Position

We're looking for an experienced HR Analytics Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in transforming recruitment data into actionable insights that drive smarter hiring decisions and business growth.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and executive reports.
- Analyze recruitment KPIs including Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Source Effectiveness, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Hiring Funnel performance.
- Generate meaningful insights to improve recruitment strategies and hiring efficiency.
- Build interactive dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and business leaders to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.
- Identify recruitment trends and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of recruitment and HR data.
- Support HRIS and ATS reporting while driving reporting automation and digital transformation initiatives.
We're Looking For?
- 4–5 years of experience in HR Analytics, Recruitment Analytics, People Analytics, or Workforce Analytics.
- Strong experience with Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience developing dashboards, executive reports, and recruitment analytics.
- Solid understanding of recruitment KPIs and workforce reporting.
- Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience supporting the Saudi Arabian market is a strong advantage.
