Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. The role involves supporting HR operations by assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities include coordinating administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, handling employee inquiries, providing executive-level administrative assistance, and offering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate document handling and record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) operations and understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in Executive and Administrative Assistance, with the ability to manage schedules, documentation, and general office tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring positive interactions and timely responses to employee and client needs.
  • Proficient with office software and systems; familiarity with HR software (e.g., ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
