Key Responsibilities1. Conduct Employment and Entrepreneurship Assistance Services (EEAS) activities, including:a. One-on-one coaching sessions with students and alumnib. Technical Mock Interviewsc. Resume and Technical Interview Skills Workshopsd. Events with employer partners, guest speakers, etc.2. Document all EEAS activities with case notes in Verity3. Initiate, maintain, and actively develop relationships with employers4. Meet regularly with employer partners to gain insight into employer needs and generate job opportunities for students and alumni; document meetings with minutes5. Locate training-related job opportunities and communicate them to students/alumni6. Refer qualified students/alumni to employers (send resumes, make introductions, arrange interviews, etc.)7. Conduct necessary follow-up with employers and students regarding application and interview progress8. Engage with instructors and coordinate their active participation in EEAS activities (includes making sure skills requirements are met and students are prepared for job opportunities communicated by employers)9. Meet regularly with active Instructors; document meetings with minutes10. Gather complete and accurate job placement documentation11. Assist in managing the required placement verification process with assistance from Office Support12. Ensure the completion of Instructor Evaluations (one per cohort, at class midpoint)13. Participate in New Instructor Orientations and onboarding process14. Coordinate tutoring and hands-on workshops15. Complete and gather materials for Class Exits and Conduct Class Exits16. Manage collection of student feedback:a. Conduct Midpoint Questionnaires (at class midpoint)b. Conduct Student Satisfaction Surveys (at Class Exit)17. Meet with prospective students for Program Advising as needed18. Participate in New Student Orientations to introduce EEAS19. Answer calls and direct to appropriate personnel; relay any messages in a timely manner20. Maintain assigned reports:a. 28.1 Progress Report and EEAS Activitiesb. Master Employer Reportc. End of Day ReportQualifications
- Meets company minimum standard of Background Check
Skill Sets Required / PreferredTechnical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
- Certification in Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Basic printing/faxing/scanning
