Wendt Partners is hiring an Experienced HubSpot Implementation Consultant to lead complex, high-impact client engagements across CRM, RevOps, and digital systems.

This is a hands-on, client-facing consulting role for someone who knows how to turn business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions. We are looking for a consultant who can lead implementations from discovery through delivery and help clients build systems that improve alignment, visibility, and growth across marketing, sales, and service.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone equally comfortable in strategic conversations and executing inside the platform. You will work directly with clients to understand business objectives, define requirements, architect solutions, and oversee implementation across one or more HubSpot Hubs.

You will be expected to think beyond task completion. The focus of this role is on building systems that are usable, scalable, and aligned to how a client’s revenue engine actually operates.

This is not a narrow platform administration role. It is a consulting and implementation role centered on solving business problems through strong system design, process alignment, and technical execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading end-to-end HubSpot implementation engagements from discovery to launch
  • Translating business requirements into scalable CRM, automation, and reporting solutions
  • Designing HubSpot architectures that support marketing, sales, service, and RevOps goals
  • Configuring and optimizing HubSpot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, and CMS Hub as needed
  • Building workflows, automation, lead routing logic, lifecycle frameworks, dashboards, and reporting structures
  • Supporting data migration, cleanup, normalization, and ongoing data quality improvements
  • Collaborating with internal strategists, technical consultants, digital specialists, and client stakeholders
  • Facilitating client conversations, training, and solution walkthroughs with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Managing multiple deliverables across concurrent client engagements while maintaining quality and momentum
  • Identifying risks, dependencies, and system gaps early and recommending practical solutions

What Success Looks Like in This Role

Success in this role means delivering HubSpot solutions that are not only technically sound but also practical for the client’s teams to use and scale. You should be able to move comfortably between strategic planning, solution architecture, hands-on configuration, and client communication.

The right candidate will bring structure to complexity, communicate clearly, and take ownership of outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience
  • Experience working across multiple HubSpot Hubs, especially Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub
  • Current and relevant HubSpot certifications
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Workflows and automation
  • CRM structure and data modeling
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • Data migration and cleanup
  • Experience in client-facing delivery within a consulting, agency, or services environment
  • Ability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in RevOps or go-to-market systems design
  • Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise organizations
  • Exposure to integrations, APIs, middleware, or third-party system connections
  • Ability to contribute to both solution strategy and technical delivery

Working Style and Team Environment

Wendt Partners is a fully remote company with a globally distributed team. This role is open to candidates based anywhere, provided they can work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time.

That means while our team works across countries and regions, we operate with shared collaboration hours that support our client delivery model. Candidates should be comfortable structuring their workday around Eastern Time availability in order to participate in internal collaboration, client meetings, project execution, and cross-functional delivery.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a remote environment and can work independently while staying highly communicative, responsive, and accountable within a distributed team.
