Job Title: HR Consultant

A dynamic and growing organization is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join its team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in human resources practices, combined with hands-on experience and proficiency in payroll systems, particularly Simple Pay.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advisory services across the employee lifecycle
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies
  • Support performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
  • Administer payroll processes using Simple Pay
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role
  • Working knowledge of Simple Pay payroll system
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
