Job Title: HR Consultant

A dynamic and growing organization is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join its team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in human resources practices, combined with hands-on experience and proficiency in payroll systems, particularly Simple Pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advisory services across the employee lifecycle
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies
- Support performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
- Administer payroll processes using Simple Pay
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role
- Working knowledge of Simple Pay payroll system
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
