Connectalents, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring an HR Recruiter in Nasr City for a chain of ladies-only fitness centers in Egypt. The company focuses on providing a secure, comfortable, and luxurious environment for ladies to achieve their fitness goals through specialized training, high-end equipment, and wellness services.
Job Role:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Handle recruitment activities for both blue-collar and whitecollar roles.
What we are looking for
- 2-3 years of Recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in hiring both blue-collar and whitecollar employees is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very Good Command Of English Language is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
