Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this fully remote role, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across various roles and departments. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding, while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

You bring strong communication and organizational skills to the table, with a proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment pipelines. Your ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering top-quality candidates will help drive the organization’s talent acquisition goals forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through online channels, networking, employee referrals, and ATS databases.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market dynamics, and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Greenhouse).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at candidate engagement and interview facilitation.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple open roles, coordinate with hiring teams, and maintain clear records.
  • Tools & Trades: Skilled in recruitment software, job boards, interview scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
