Role Description

We are seeking an HR Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team in a full-time, on-site role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR processes through HR systems and digital platforms.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary calculations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leaves, deductions, and payroll-related data.
  • Process monthly payroll transactions and prepare payroll reports.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with labor laws, social insurance, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with Finance and HR teams to ensure payroll accuracy and timely payments.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding transactions related to payroll and HR administration.
  • Generate HR reports and support data analysis for management requirements.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and compensation.
  • Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality across HR systems.
  • Support continuous improvement and automation of HR and payroll processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, or any relevant field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Payroll or HR Operations.
  • Previous experience in Payroll processing and employee data management is required.
  • Strong experience using HR Systems / HRMS / ERP systems is required.
  • Good knowledge of labor law, payroll practices, and social insurance processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
