Introduction
A well-established manufacturing company based in the Cornubia area is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full HR function within a fast-paced operational environment and should be confident dealing with employee relations, HR administration, recruitment, and disciplinary processes
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining employee records and personnel files
- Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assisting with disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Performance management and probation reviews
- Leave administration and payroll support
- Training administration and coordination
- Assisting with Employment Equity and general HR compliance
- Supporting management and factory floor staff with HR-related matters
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 – 5 years HR experience
- Manufacturing experience is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of labour legislation and HR processes
- Experience dealing with disciplinaries, grievances, probation management, and employee relations
- Payroll and HR administration experience
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment
Package & Remuneration
The salary is negotiable depending on experience.
