HR Mana­ger (m/f/d)

Your new posi­ti­on and respon­si­bi­li­ties

  • Over­all respon­si­bi­li­ty for the HR func­tion, ensu­ring com­pli­ance with labor law, inter­nal poli­ci­es, and cor­po­ra­te stan­dards
  • Deve­lo­p­ment and imple­men­ta­ti­on of HR stra­te­gies, poli­ci­es, and initia­ti­ves ali­gned with busi­ness objec­ti­ves
  • Lea­der­ship, deve­lo­p­ment, and moti­va­ti­on of the HR team as well as fos­te­ring a posi­ti­ve and high-per­forming work envi­ron­ment
  • Pro­mo­ti­on of a strong cor­po­ra­te cul­tu­re, employee enga­ge­ment, and orga­niza­tio­nal effec­ti­ve­ness
  • Respon­si­bi­li­ty for all core HR pro­ces­ses, inclu­ding recruit­ment, onboar­ding, per­for­mance manage­ment, com­pen­sa­ti­on & bene­fits, and employee rela­ti­ons
  • Ensu­ring time­ly and com­pli­ant pay­roll pro­ces­ses and per­son­nel admi­nis­tra­ti­on
  • Acting as a trus­ted advi­sor to manage­ment on all HR-rela­ted topics and sup­port­ing decis­i­on-making at lea­der­ship level
  • Mana­ging rela­ti­onships with employee repre­sen­ta­ti­ves (e.g. works coun­cils, uni­ons) and exter­nal part­ners
  • Ensu­ring effec­ti­ve inter­nal com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and trans­pa­rent infor­ma­ti­on flow across the orga­niza­ti­on
  • Dri­ving talent deve­lo­p­ment, trai­ning initia­ti­ves, and suc­ces­si­on plan­ning
  • Moni­to­ring and ana­ly­zing HR KPIs (e.g. absen­te­eism, tur­no­ver) and defi­ning mea­su­res to impro­ve orga­niza­tio­nal per­for­mance
  • Mana­ging the HR bud­get and dri­ving cost effi­ci­en­cy
  • Lea­ding chan­ge manage­ment and HR trans­for­ma­ti­on initia­ti­ves (e.g. digi­ta­liza­ti­on, pro­cess opti­miza­ti­on)
  • Ensu­ring the con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment of HR pro­ces­ses and sys­tems
  • Report­ing HR per­for­mance, risks, and impro­ve­ment mea­su­res to top manage­ment
  • Repre­sen­ting the com­pa­ny in exter­nal HR-rela­ted mat­ters
  • Ensu­ring com­pli­ance with occu­pa­tio­nal health & safe­ty, envi­ron­men­tal, and cor­po­ra­te gover­nan­ce stan­dards

Your Pro­fi­le

  • Bache­lor and optio­nal Mas­ter Degree in Human Resour­ces, Busi­ness Admi­nis­tra­ti­on, Psy­cho­lo­gy or a rela­ted field
  • At least 10 years of pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in Human Resour­ces within a manu­fac­tu­ring envi­ron­ment, ide­al­ly in the auto­mo­ti­ve indus­try (e.g. wiring harness pro­duc­tion)
  • At least 5 years of pro­ven lea­der­ship expe­ri­ence in mana­ging and deve­lo­ping HR teams
  • Pro­ven expe­ri­ence working in inter­na­tio­nal and cross-loca­ti­on envi­ron­ments
  • Strong know­ledge of labor law, HR poli­ci­es and best prac­ti­ces as well as expe­ri­ence working with employee repre­sen­ta­ti­ves (e.g. works coun­cils, uni­ons)
  • Solid expe­ri­ence across core HR pro­ces­ses inclu­ding recruit­ment, pay­roll, employee rela­ti­ons and per­for­mance manage­ment
  • Solid back­ground in lea­ding and mana­ging chan­ge pro­ces­ses and pro­jects
  • Pro­ven expe­ri­ence in orga­niza­tio­nal deve­lo­p­ment and opti­miza­ti­on
  • Expe­ri­ence in HR con­trol­ling, bud­ge­ting and KPI manage­ment
  • Strong lea­der­ship capa­bi­li­ties with the abili­ty to inspi­re, deve­lop and empower teams
  • Stra­te­gic mind­set with the abili­ty to anti­ci­pa­te busi­ness needs and trans­la­te them into effec­ti­ve HR solu­ti­ons
  • Strong pro­blem-sol­ving skills with the abili­ty to ana­ly­ze com­plex situa­tions, iden­ti­fy root cau­se and imple­ment sus­tainable solu­ti­ons
  • High level of accoun­ta­bi­li­ty, inte­gri­ty and owner­ship
  • Strong exe­cu­ti­on mind­set with a focus on deli­ve­ring results
  • Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and stake­hol­der manage­ment skills across all orga­niza­tio­nal levels, inclu­ding exe­cu­ti­ve manage­ment
  • Strong cus­to­mer ori­en­ta­ti­on (inter­nal and exter­nal) with a focus on ser­vice qua­li­ty, cost and deli­very
  • Abili­ty to build trust-based rela­ti­onships and fos­ter col­la­bo­ra­ti­on across teams and func­tions
  • High level of resi­li­ence, adap­ta­bi­li­ty, and open­ness to chan­ge
  • Strong team ori­en­ta­ti­on com­bi­ned with the abili­ty to dri­ve ali­gnment and cohe­si­on in diver­se envi­ron­ments
  • Strong con­flict manage­ment, nego­tia­ti­on and decis­i­on-making skills
  • Flu­ent in French and Eng­lish, addi­tio­nal lan­guages (e.g. Ger­man) are a plus
  • Pro­fi­ci­ent in MS Office and HR systems/tools
  • Work on spe­cial pro­jects and avai­la­bi­li­ty for busi­ness tra­vel
