Role
The role acts as a business partner to line managers and local directorates, ensuring the consistent and compliant application of processes related to personnel administration, recruitment, performance, training, labor relations, engagement, administrative services, and employee support in the field with proximity to workers and adaptation to the operational specifics of the region, while maintaining full alignment with corporate guidelines, defined SLAs, and the organization's standards of quality, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Coordinate, guide, and supervise the HR Technician assigned to the region, ensuring task distribution and prioritization, deadline compliance, and quality of administrative execution.
- Act as the reference HR liaison for line managers and directorates of the region, translating local business needs into HR actions and ensuring consistent application of central policies.
- Ensure the local collection, validation, and processing of data on hires, contractual changes, employee records, attendance, vacations, absences, and variable pay items for payroll processing, ensuring quality and on-time delivery of inputs sent to headquarters.
- Manage the relationship with Temporary Work Agencies providing services reception and validation of requested workers, attendance verification, and review of overtime sheets.
- Drive the local execution of performance management cycles (objectives, check-ins, evaluation).
- Support disciplinary management, the relationship with worker representatives, and compliance with labor legislation, Internal Regulations, and the Company Collective Agreement, escalating matters of greater complexity or risk to headquarters/Senior HRBP.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, or related fields.
- Complementary training in people management, labor legislation, labor relations, and business partnering.
- Training in advanced Excel, data analysis, reporting tools, and AI.
