We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Part-time HR Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and confidential employee information.
• Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs for employees and managers.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support payroll processing by providing necessary employee data and changes.
• Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
• Stay informed about current HR trends, best practices, and employment law changes.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
• Proven knowledge of employment law (federal and state) and HR best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Nice to Have:
• Experience working in a remote work environment
