The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Establish and optimize HR policies, processes and management systems to standardize daily HR operations and improve organizational efficiency.
- Develop annual recruitment strategies, deliver end-to-end talent acquisition for core, technical and management positions, and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Manage company-wide performance appraisal systems, organize regular performance reviews, and guide managers on performance coaching and improvement plans.
- Oversee compensation and benefits management, salary calculation, incentive scheme implementation and labor cost control.
- Build company training systems, identify training demands, organize employee and management training, and support talent development and team capability upgrading.
- Manage employee relations, labor contracts, employee communication and labor risk control, stabilize team turnover and improve organizational atmosphere.
- Conduct HR data analysis on manpower efficiency, turnover rate, recruitment performance and labor cost to support management decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 8+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Able to use English and French as daily working languages.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
