Role Description
The HR Generalist supports a broad range of human resources functions and helps ensure smooth and effective people operations across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating HR processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting the implementation of policies and procedures that contribute to a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee documentation, benefits and attendance administration, and responding to general HR-related inquiries. The role also supports internal communication initiatives, helps maintain HR databases and records, and assists with organizing employee engagement activities and performance review processes.
The HR Generalist works closely with employees and managers across departments to ensure HR processes are handled accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner. This position also contributes to policy administration, supports compliance with internal procedures, and helps improve HR workflows and operational efficiency.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a collaborative and employee-focused work environment.
