Remote (Based at an approved local secure facility). We work US time zones and ask that you're available during those hours, even if that means adjusting your schedule.
This role exists to keep human resources operations accurate, compliant, and running without gaps across recruitment, employee relations, and documentation. Errors in this function carry legal and operational consequences, so precision and process discipline are baseline expectations. Work is primarily asynchronous, requiring the ability to manage sensitive matters independently and with sound judgment. You will be part of an internationally distributed team where structured process and zero-error execution are the standard.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from job posting through offer, using LinkedIn Recruiter and the human resources information system
Manage employee relations matters directly, ensuring issues are documented, handled fairly, and resolved in line with company policy
Maintain accurate and complete human resources records within the human resources information system at all times
Ensure all human resources activity complies with relevant employment laws and internal compliance requirements
Produce and manage human resources documentation including contracts, policies, and employee correspondence
What We're Looking For
1–5 years of experience as an human resources generalist, or 5+ years at a mid-senior level
Hands-on experience managing recruitment using LinkedIn Recruiter
Proficiency in human resources information systems for record-keeping and reporting
Demonstrated knowledge of employment compliance requirements and how to apply them
Proven ability to handle employee relations matters with accuracy and discretion
Strong written English — our company works in English

Prior work in a fully remote, asynchronous human resources environment
