Role Description The HR Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role will collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs, translate them into HR priorities, and support the execution of people strategies aligned with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include advising on HR policies, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and guiding performance management processes such as goal setting, feedback, and development planning. The HR Business Partner will handle employee relations matters, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role will also ensure compliance with labor and employment law, assist with HR reporting and analytics, and contribute to change management, organizational development initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) operations and practices, with experience partnering with business leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and practical application of HR Policies and procedures, including development, implementation, and communication across the organization.
- Experience in Employee Relations, including coaching, conflict resolution, investigations, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace.
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and support risk management.
- Proficiency in Performance Management, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and development planning.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology) or equivalent experience; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Comfort working with HRIS tools and data, with the ability to interpret HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Experience in large-scale projects or facilities/operations management environments is advantageous; fluency in English required, Arabic language skills preferred.
