HR Assistant Manager
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented HR Assistant Manager to join our growing organization. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily HR Operations Administration
- Handle payroll processes with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain and manage HR data, reporting, and employee records
- Support Employee Relations, staff engagement, and internal communications
- Coordinate and drive various HR projects and initiatives
- Provide Corporate Administration Support across multiple business entities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and corporate standards
- Liaise professionally with management and employees at all levels
- Support executive management within a disciplined and professional corporate culture

Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
- Strong expertise in Payroll Administration and HR Data Management
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong understanding of employee relations and corporate communication
- Experience supporting multiple business entities or divisions
- Professional communication skills with strong corporate etiquette and mannerisms
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, executive-driven environment
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
