HR Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented HR Assistant Manager to join our growing organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily HR Operations Administration
  • Handle payroll processes with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintain and manage HR data, reporting, and employee records
  • Support Employee Relations, staff engagement, and internal communications
  • Coordinate and drive various HR projects and initiatives
  • Provide Corporate Administration Support across multiple business entities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and corporate standards
  • Liaise professionally with management and employees at all levels
  • Support executive management within a disciplined and professional corporate culture

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
  • Strong expertise in Payroll Administration and HR Data Management
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and corporate communication
  • Experience supporting multiple business entities or divisions
  • Professional communication skills with strong corporate etiquette and mannerisms
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, executive-driven environment
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
