SUMMARY:

MAIN PURPOSE

To assist the HR Manager with the administration of various HR Generalist activities to support the implementation of the HR Strategy.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Pay Roll Administration
  • Capturing of employee personal data on the system
  • Capturing of employee movements on the system
  • Capturing of monthly wage/salary inputs on the system
  • Generation of payroll data related reports
  • Printing and distribution of payslips Benefits Administration
  • Leave administration and capturing on the system
  • Pension fund employee enrolment and withdrawal
  • Medical Aid Administration
  • UIF Administration
  • Recruitment Administration
  • Drafting of Job Adverts and job advertising
  • Response handling and longlisting of applicants
  • Credential verifications
  • Employment Contracts Drafting
  • Time and Attendance
  • New Joiner On boarding administration
  • HR Office Administration
  • HR Report Capturing
  • Organograms updating
  • Offboarding administration
  • Employee Files Management
  • Offer Admin Support to HR Manager
  • Assistance in HR Events and projects
  • Minutes Keeping in Management Union Meetings
  • Prepare Interview packs and disciplinary Packs

Qualification And Experience

Minimum qualification required:

  • N6 in HR Management or Accounting
  • VIP Payroll Certificate
  • 2-3years Payroll and or HR Administration experience
