Your Role
As an HR & Administration Specialist, you will support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to payroll coordination, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Working closely with managers and the global HR team, you will play an active role in implementing people initiatives and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
Support the annual performance management process.
Prepare monthly payroll inputs and calculate incentives.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in SAP.
Coordinate employee insurance and benefits administration.
Prepare HR and legal documentation in collaboration with external legal counsel.
Monitor HR KPIs and prepare regular HR reports.
Support learning & development, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in implementing global HR policies and local HR projects.
Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor legislation and internal policies.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Good understanding of Moroccan labor law and HR best practices.
Experience with payroll preparation and HR administration.
SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in French and English.
