  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including health and life insurance.
  • Support recruitment planning and ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Maintain employee records, organizational charts, job descriptions, and HR filing systems.
  • Implement HR policies, training and development plans, and performance review processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws and keep HR practices updated.
  • Handle visa, labor, and immigration documentation for employees (new hires, renewals, transfers, and departures).
  • Liaise with government authorities and external partners regarding trade licenses, immigration, and legal documentation.
  • Provide guidance to management on government services and regulatory matters.
  • Support expatriate employees with relocation processes such as residence permits, licenses, banking, and settling in.
  • Prepare reports for management and maintain accurate HR and immigration documentation.
