What We’re Looking For
- HPCSA-registered Dentist
- Minimum 3 years total dental experience, including at least 3 years in private practice
- Currently based in Cape Town
- Reliable, punctual, and highly professional
- Warm, approachable, and energetic personality with outstanding communication skills
- Impeccably groomed, well-spoken, and confident with patients
- Strong focus on patient comfort, care, and education
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of dental instruments, sterilisation, and infection control protocols
- Familiarity with patient record management and safety regulations
- Computer literate (essential)
- Flexible with working hours – this role requires dedication beyond “clock-watching”
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent dental hygiene treatments with patient comfort as a priority
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients in a luxury practice setting
- Accurately record patient information and maintain treatment notes
