Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and organization standards. Key responsibilities include supervising and training housekeeping staff, managing laundry operations, addressing guest inquiries or complaints promptly, and coordinating with other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience.

- Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry services to maintain top-tier standards.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs and collaborate with staff.

- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
