🛠️ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Team Leadership: Direct in-house housekeeping, office support, and maintenance teams.
Quality Assurance: Conduct site audits to ensure 100% operational uptime.
Resource Control: Manage procurement, inventory, and budget adherence.
Vendor Management: Oversee external partners for high-quality contract compliance.
🎯 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
3–5 years in Facility Management or Office Operations.
Strong leadership skills for managing blue-collar staff.
An "Owner" Mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and proactive reporting.
