Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for keeping spaces clean and organized. As a Housekeeping Staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Clean and maintain all designated areas, including but not limited to guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas
– Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
– Change and make beds, replenish linens, and restock amenities
– Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
– Empty trash and replace liners
– Stock and maintain housekeeping carts
– Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
– Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines
– Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards guests and coworkers
– Assist with laundry duties as needed
– Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
– Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
– Must be able to pass a background check
