The Room Attendant at Pepperclub Hotel plays a vital role in maintaining the immaculate presentation of our guest rooms and public areas. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in delivering a consistently high standard of cleanliness and comfort.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Guest Room Servicing: Clean and prepare guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to hotel standards and daily room allocations.
- Linen & Amenities: Change linens, replace towels, restock amenities, and ensure all items meet quality and presentation requirements.
- Inspection & Detailing: Perform visual checks for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them promptly to the Supervisor.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Follow cleaning schedules and procedures for bathrooms, surfaces, floors, and furniture using approved cleaning materials.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests politely and assist with basic requests while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
- Team Support: Work collaboratively with fellow housekeepers, public area attendants, and laundry staff to meet daily targets.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
- Lost & Found: Follow procedures for handling guest property responsibly.
- Operational Standards: Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition and ensure storage areas remain clean and organised.
- Professional Conduct: Uphold Pepperclub’s grooming standards, punctuality, and professional behaviour at all times.
Requirements, Qualifications & Expectations
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of cleaning standards, chemical safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Reliable, organised, and able to meet performance targets.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail with pride in presentation and quality.
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
