Live in position – Based in Maitland Mews
What Youll Do
- Keep Our Buildings Full & Happy:
Help prospective tenants, arrange viewings, and make move-ins and move-outs stress-free. - Manage Rent & Accounts:
Send statements, follow up on late payments, and keep everything on track. - Lead Our Team & Service Providers:
Motivate staff, oversee cleaners, maintenance, and security teams, and ensure top-notch service. - Maintain & Secure Our Spaces:
Inspect buildings, handle repairs, and make sure everything is safe and clean. - Build Community:
Encourage tenant participation, resolve issues, and create a positive living environment. - Stay Organized:
Complete reports, attend meetings, and keep admin tasks up to date.
What Were Looking For
