Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting from $18.50 per hour (including tips and mileage reimbursement)
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week

Schedule:
- 6-8 hour day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping and vacuuming to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to client preferences.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by being courteous and respectful in all interactions.
Requirements
- No experience necessary, we provide a two-week training program to ensure you know how to clean the TCA way. Past house cleaner experience is a bonus.
- Great attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing special attention.
- Ability to commute to Hudson, WI.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and teammates.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently without direct supervision.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require light lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
