302CleanIt is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individuals to join our team as part-time and full-time house cleaners. We are looking for great deep cleaners who can uphold our high standards and provide exceptional service to our clients.

We work primarily in New Castle County: Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, and surrounding areas.

This role is best suited for cleaners who already work independently, run their own business, or have experiencing working as a home cleaner and are looking to fill their schedule with steady jobs.

Position Details:

  • Seeking Elite level cleaners only (better performance = more work).
  • This is a 1099 Contractor position that starts with part-time work and can lead to full-time based on performance.
  • Pay averages $25-$30 per hour, plus performance bonuses and tips. Most cleaners make an average of $30 an hour, top performers exceed this.
  • For jobs larger than a 2,000-square-foot home, you will work as part of a two-person team.
  • Consistently high-quality work leads to more and bigger job assignments, bonuses, and recurring clients.
  • We use an app where you will clock in upon arrival, photo-document your checklist, and clock out when finished. The ability to use a basic smartphone app is required.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of paid cleaning experience
  • Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Reliable transportation
  • A smart phone and ability to use basic apps
  • Able to communicate basic job details in English (No se requiere inglés perfecto)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Pass a background check
  • Drive regularly to job sites in New Castle County

Expectations:

  • High-quality cleaning: High-quality cleaning is required at all times. If a client reports an issue, cleaners are expected to return to the property to correct it during their next available working hours. Repeated quality issues will result in terminating the working relationship.
  • Reliability is crucial: If you are not serious about the position, please do not apply. A no-call, no-show on your first day will result in immediate termination. Consistent absences will also lead to dismissal.
  • Communication: During working hours, you must be responsive and reply to texts within 30 minutes, or return calls within 10-15 minutes. Reporting your arrival, departure, and any issues during cleanings is mandatory. Great customer service is a must – professional and courteous conduct with clients is expected at all times.
  • Experience: We aren’t a budget cleaning company, so less-than-perfect quality won’t be tolerated. We expect perfection 9.9/10 times. Consecutive client complaints will result in dismissal.
  • No Solicitation of Clients: Employees may not solicit 302CleanIt clients for personal business. Distributing personal business cards or independently contacting clients will result in immediate termination.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize homes following the high standards outlined in our documents
  • Use the correct supplies and equipment to maintain consistent quality across all jobs
  • Have reliable transportation to job sites and a smartphone for navigation
  • Be polite and respectful with clients at all times
  • Commit to working at least 2 jobs per week, with the opportunity for more
  • Maintain an excellent driving record and pass a background check
  • Spanish speakers are welcome, but some basic English is required
