We are seeking to appoint an experienced and capable Hotel Manager with a proven track record in the hospitality industry.
This role is responsible for the overall management of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience, efficient team leadership, and strong financial performance. The successful candidate must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple departments within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel
- Ensure high standards of guest service and overall customer experience
- Manage and coordinate all departments including front office, housekeeping and food and beverage
- Monitor budgets, control costs and support revenue performance
- Handle guest queries, complaints and escalations professionally
- Supervise, train and manage staff performance
- Maintain operational standards, policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hospitality regulations
- Support occupancy growth and operational efficiency
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Minimum 5–6 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience in a Hotel Manager or similar management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid operational and financial management capability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Professional presentation and strong problem-solving ability
