We’re Hiring: Hospitality Managers

We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Hospitality Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our venue. If you are passionate about guest service, enjoy working with people, and have a strong eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the senior management team with daily operations
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
- Supervise and support FOH teams (waiters, hosts, bar staff, etc.)
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and service recovery professionally
- Maintain service standards and help drive team performance
- Assist with staff training, rostering, and team communication
- Monitor cleanliness, service flow, and overall guest satisfaction
- Contribute to smooth opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ hospitality experience in a supervisor or similar role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for customer service and teamwork
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
Bonus: Experience in restaurants, hotels, or other fast-paced hospitality environments.
